I’m an open book!
Since I’m kinda new here, this is a summary of ME:
I’m 34, born in October, so I’m a Libra. I have been a Spanish teacher for the past 7 years. My husband and I started dating in Jr. High when I was 14 and we got married as soon as I got my BA in Spanish in 1995. Our daughter was born in 1996 and our son followed in 2000. We’ve been through lots of struggles as a couple but so far have only come out stronger because of all of them. It’s work though, for sure! I adore my 2 pugs and my old lady boston terrier. They’re my children too. I have very eclectic tastes in everything. I even keep myself guessing! I’m under treatment for GAD and Chronic Depression and I’m sure you’ll witness my many moods if you like me enough to follow my blog!

Well, I am going to be the first to comment on your “About” page and ask a question….how do you post pics to your blogs? The area to add an image didn’t seem to work right for me. What do you use? HTML?

Hey, thanks for starting me out on my page! I decided to make it personal. The only way I’ve figured out how to post pics is through html. I usually use glittergraphics.com or upload to photobucket.com
If you figure out another way, let me know! :0)

Cool, I have a Photobucket account so I’ll do it that way. I don’t know quite how the add file thingy works when you go to write a blog. Tried it once but no photo showed up, just a link then another link I think. Weird. Thanks Gwen!

BTW, my chat page is linked on my main page. Just go over to the far right under “Pages” and then click “Chatter”. You found it once, LOL, because there’s a comment from you there. This place has so many options…!

HI Gwen….
Hmmmm…..where to start.
I too am a teacher (currently taking a year out – which has actually extended into 2 *gulp*). I married my husband 25 years ago – we have known each other since I was 14. I have 3 children…. 18, 16 and 8.
And yes – life is a hamster wheel.
Add into the mix that I emigrated to New Zealand 11 years ago – and have struggled a lot with it ever since.
Everyone else loves it here. (It is really just the void of having family here that I find so difficult).
I left work because of my depression. Which I am still battling although I have stopped taking medication now.

Oh yes…and I forgot to say….
I have just got a puppy (Delilah) who is a constant source of enjoyment and therapy!
She is a blue roan cocker spaniel…and we LOVE her.
And a friend of mine has just got a pug puppy who they called Samson.
